How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Russellchampionship Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Russellchampionship Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Russellchampionship Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@russellchampionship.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
